Meet Emily Kaiser MS CCC-SLP

Emily Kaiser, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and founder of Little Communicators PLLC. She provides thoughtfully designed, high-quality speech and language services for young children and their families, with a focus on early intervention and individualized care.

Emily began her career practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist in London, England, before earning her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in the United States. She has been serving families in Chicago since 2019, bringing both an international perspective and a strong clinical foundation to her work.

Her professional experience includes supporting children with language delays and disorders, speech sound disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and Autism. She is particularly passionate about early language development and takes a relationship-based, play-centered approach that honors each child’s unique strengths and developmental profile.

Having grown up bilingual and now speaking English, Spanish, and German, Emily deeply values the richness of multilingual development. She brings cultural sensitivity and an informed understanding of bilingual language acquisition to the families she serves.

A distinguishing feature of Emily’s practice is her emphasis on parent coaching. She believes meaningful progress happens not only during sessions, but within daily routines at home. By equipping caregivers with practical, individualized strategies, she empowers families to confidently support their child’s communication growth in natural and sustainable ways.

In addition to her clinical work, Emily maintains a strong interest in student mentorship, supporting emerging speech-language pathologists as they refine their clinical skills and professional voice.

As both a clinician and a mother, Emily understands firsthand the hopes, questions, and vulnerabilities that come with supporting a young child’s development. Through Little Communicators PLLC, she offers a personalized, collaborative therapy experience designed to cultivate confident communicators and well-supported families.
